Here’s a fun infographic on why we have eye color

I know we have pigment in our irises. I also know that brown irises have more pigment. I’m now gonna make the assumption that pigment is brown. Well, we kinda know that already. I’m going to look up why our pigment is brown since I can’t quit looking things up. But if pigment is brown, why are some irises blue? I don’t get it. This I’m going to look up and get you the answer (answer found). But in the mean time:

    It was interesting to read this because my son just came home from school today telling me that our irises are more unique than our finger prints. Humm. Is that really true ?

      I wouldn’t doubt that. Sorry to be sarcastic here but it’s hard to leave iris “prints” in a crime 🙂
